Family Prillwitz StdJohann Carl Ludwig Prillwitz, the german punch cutter and type founder, cut the first classicistic Didot letters still before Walbaum.

The earliest proof of so called Prillwitz letters is dated 12 of april 1790.

The famous publisher Georg Joachim Goeschen used these letters for many of his classic publications.

The NP (News Print) version is optimized for use on newsprint.
The Book version is optimized for text sizes.
The Display version is optimized for display sizes.
